physical fitness/athletic future for myself

As I have grown up I have learned how my body works and what I need to do to stay in shape and have good health. I don't do the best of job and I know there are probably a couple of things I could work on to improve it. As of right now i am busy almost every night of the week. On mondays I have cheerleading right after school, then go to dance. Tuesday, I have tumbaling that is very intense. Wednesday I have cheerleading right after school, then I go to my dance academy and teach 3 tumbaling classes then I dance until 10. Thursday and friday are my only night off during the week and on saturday I usually have to cheer at a football game. In my free time at home I try to go on the elliptical and jumprope fro good exercise. I eat as healthy as I can and have a few snacks every now and again. I hope to improve my fitness by working out at hoe more and eating healthier.
